C is the location or domain
: is ...just punctuation
\ indicates that it is the root directory. If there is a directory, there'll be a word and another \
> is the prompt

Ultimately, we hope that this web site is guided by the Holy Spirit and gives that same prompting to those who visit this site. The Holy Spirit, then, is like a prompt. It prompts you. You have to respond (in our case, in writing).
